Provided  assistance  in  raising  funds  and  restructuring  the  liabilities  for  clients  in real estate, telecom and manufacturing
We raised equity / initial fund for an AIF (Alternate Investment Fund)
We  have  provided  interim  management  as  retainer,  virtual  or  interim  CXOs, including an Interim CFO assignment in automotive sector for a UK based group.
We have helped a land owner to tie up a joint development  arrangement with a reputed developer and also helped in sale of commercial space.
Worked on a mandate to help an Internet start-up to raise Series- A funding.
Worked on an assignment to sell a large IT/ ITeS SEZ to an off-shore fund
Taken  up  role  as  non-executive  director  for  two  large  corporates,  one  in  power generation sector and the other in the business of smart phones.
We are currently working on mandates to raise mezzanine debt for a large logistics firm in India that is owned by a PE, two divestment transactions in the hospitality sector, an interim CFO role and a mandate for a joint venture.
Through   our   network   partners   we   manage   tax,   due   diligence,   valuation, compliance management, IT solutions and such other business services.
