Arkit is an Associate Principal in our M&A Advisory practice and is based out of Mumbai Office. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of working experience. Prior to joining Acquisory, Arkit had worked with PwC and EY in their Transaction Advisory Practice.

His work experience includes advising Private Equity firms, large corporate houses and banks with Financial due diligence, Business plan reviews, Vendor assistance and Transaction documentation.

He has experience of working across multiple sectors including Energy, Infrastructure, Telecom, Logistics, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT and Real Estate.
